An ongoing or defined government activity, administered by a government organization to achieve a public purpose, such as road maintenance or adult mental health. A program is persistent: it can appear in many budgets across many fiscal years without a new identity each year. It is not an organization, not a bounded Project that ends, and not a service a person can apply for. schema.org has no equivalent.
