The kind of legislative document this is. Kept broad on purpose, since the same word means different things in different legal systems. Pick whichever term comes closest, and put the local name in alternateName.

Terms

Code	Name	Description
`code`	Code	A consolidated body of law, like a municipal code.
`ordinance`	Ordinance	A local law meant to apply generally and permanently.
`resolution`	Resolution	A statement of position or an administrative decision, usually without lasting legal force.
`bylaw`	By-law	A local law — the usual term in Commonwealth countries.
`act`	Act	Primary legislation passed by a national or regional legislature.
`regulation`	Regulation	Secondary legislation made using power an act hands down.
`decree`	Decree	An order issued by an executive authority.
`directive`	Directive	An instrument that requires a result but leaves the method up to whoever carries it out.
`motion`	Motion	A proposal put to a group for a decision.
`charter`	Charter	The document that sets up the government itself.
